Finishes
Plastisol Cladding
All our steel work is shot blasted to SA2.5, degreased, etch-primed with zinc phosphate anti-corrosive primer and electrostatic spray heat cured top coated with polyester or powder coat. We offer eight standard colours. Other BS or RAL colours are available however these may incur an additional cost.
Hot Dipped Galvanising (to BS EN ISO 1461:1999)
Ideal for external conditions - an extreme weather resistant, hard wearing finish offering low resistant, hard wearing finish offering low maintenance.
Gloss Finish
Cast iron products supplied with a two pack acrylic primer undercoat and two pack acrylic top coat. Supplied in black gloss as standard, other BS or RAL colours are available at extra cost.
